Who Can Return or Exchange?

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of order delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Simple 3-Step Process

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Email bossbellaclothing@gmail.com. Include your Order Number, what you wish to return or swap, and the reason.
  2. Approval and Pickup: Once approved, we'll organize a pickup. Exchanges are free; for returns, shipping costs apply.
  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange is shipped or store credit (valid 3 months) is issued.

Important Details

  • No cash refunds, only exchanges or store credit are offered.
  • Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges depend on item availability; otherwise, store credit is provided.
  • Returns not matching policy conditions may be refused.
